Device & Usage Information

We automatically collect information about the device you use to access Rojmeal, including device type, operating system, app version, and usage patterns. This helps us improve the app experience.

Location Information

With your permission, we may collect your approximate location to show nearby mess kitchens and estimated delivery times. You can disable location access in your device settings at any time.

3. Information Sharing

Mess Kitchen Partners

We share your name, order details, and delivery address with the mess kitchen fulfilling your order. They are contractually obligated to use this information only to prepare and deliver your meal.

Delivery Partners

Your name, delivery address, and contact number are shared with the assigned delivery partner solely for completing your delivery.

Service Providers

We use trusted third-party services (such as Supabase for database/auth and Cloudflare for hosting) that process data on our behalf under strict data protection agreements.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights and safety of Rojmeal, our users, or the public.

4. Data Security

We take the security of your personal data seriously. All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS encryption). Passwords are never stored in plain text — they are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. We use Supabase Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure users can only access their own data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and order data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law.

Rojmeal is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
